Sylvester Stallone's Beverly Park mansion has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an Olympic-size pool and formal gardens all along the 500-foot long driveway. The 15,121-square-foot home sits on four acres of land. The mansion was built in 1994 and is built in the Italian style. Stallone purchased the mansion in November 1998 for somewhere between $9 and $10 million. His neighbors include fellow actors and other entertainers like Jennifer Aniston, Denzel Washington, Eddie Murray, Robbie Williams and Simon Cowell.
Sylvester Stallone is a two-time Academy Award-nominated actor, director, producer and screenwriter. He is best know for playing boxer Rocky Balboa and Vietnam veteran John Rambo.
Stallone gained worldwide fame with his starring role in the Rocky film series, which began in 1976. He masterfully portrays Rocky Balboa, an uneducated but kind-hearted and hard-working Italian-American boxer from Philadelphia. Rocky starts out as a small-time club fighter who later gets a shot at the world heavyweight championship held by Apollo Creed, played by Carl Weathers. Rocky is a rags to riches American Dream story, as the club fighter works his way to ultimately box for the world heavyweight title against reigning champ Apollo Creed. The original Rocky movie was followed by five sequels.
Stallone's other successful franchise is the Rambo film series, in which he plays the troubled Vietnam veteran John Rambo, a former Green Beret. The series began with First Blood in 1982.
Stallone's other major success have included Cliffhanger, Demolition Man, The Specialist, Judge Dredd and The Expendables.
