WJBR is based in Wilmington, Delaware, and broadcasts on 99.5 FM in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Its broadcast area includes 18 counties. It is owned by the Beasley Media Group and features headquarters in Naples, Florida. The station's programming includes adult contemporary music from artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Bruno Mars, Matchbox 20 and Madonna. Each year, WJBR plays Christmas music exclusively starting around Thanksgiving. The station is popular with women aged 25 to 54, as of July 2015.

The station was the first in the United States to broadcast in stereo under an experimental license assignment from the Federal Communications Commission.
