The Arthur Rutenberg Homes company offers a variety of floor plans under different model names, including the Juliette, a three-bedroom, two-bath 1,979-square foot, split-level model that features an entry foyer that leads to a central "gathering room," as the company describes it. Other options include the Amalfi plan, a single-story home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms along with a standard den, great room and bonus room. Some Arthur Rutenberg models may come with a personalized floor plan option, or PFP.
Houses designed by Arthur Rutenberg Homes tend to be named after a specific place, such as Barcelona, or carry a name, such as Rembrandt. There may be different floor plans and layouts assigned to models of the same name. These differences are often designated by a Roman numeral. For example, the Biscayne II has four bedrooms and five bathrooms distributed throughout one story while the Biscayne III is a two-story home with five bedrooms and bathrooms and an additional three half baths.
In addition to the PFP option, homeowners may have the option to upgrade certain features of their Arthur Rutenberg Home. For example, some homes have the option of an additional summer kitchen that can be added to the standard floor plan.
