Peyton Manning's Denver area home contains seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The 16,464-square-foot mansion sits on 3.37 acres that are carefully maintained. After signing a five-year deal with the Denver Broncos in 2012, Peyton Manning purchased a mansion in Cherry Hills Village, approximately 20 minutes from Denver. The mansion cost the Mannings $4.575 million.
The entrance to the Manning mansion is guarded by a wrought-iron fence. The exterior of the mansion is brick, with white columns and navy blue window shutters. A rotunda sits directly in front of the residence. Vehicles can pull up to the front door or to a carport and a seven-car garage.
Inside the home, the floors consist of custom black walnut boards. The kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances and a large pantry. The formal dining room is equipped with a butler's pantry and a china closet. Just off the kitchen, the main living room is relatively simple, with floor-to-ceiling windows covering a whole wall.
The large main floor master suite includes a bathroom with a huge shower and heated floors. The suite also contains a wet bar and refrigerator, as well as two walk-in closets, each with custom cherry wood cabinetry and a center island.
Downstairs, the house has a large wine cellar with room for hundreds of bottles. In the backyard, the Mannings have an enormous green area, a spacious veranda and patio, and a built-in grill. On the second floor, a balcony stretches across most of the mansion with lounge chairs and other casual outdoor furniture.
