VH1's "Where Are They Now?" has featured Vanilla Ice, Gerardo, Nena, the Bee Gees and John Travolta. Other episodes featured Nancy Kerrigan, Tara Lipinski, Debi Thomas, Lee Merriweather and Erin Gray.
Additional stars featured on the show included Leif Garrett, Donny Osmond, Debbie Gibson, David Cassidy and Bobby Brown. The show also featured bands such as Duran Duran, Wham! and New Kids On the Block as well as pop stars Tiffany, Michael Jackson and Sheila E. Actors Nicolas Cage, Kevin Costner, Jennifer Grey, Sean Penn and Susan Sarandon all made appearances on the show.
VH1's "Where Are They Now?" began airing in 1999 and ran for a total of three seasons. Its first season highlighted former one-hit wonders, stars from "Saturday Night Fever," former ice-skating champions, and former superheroes and horror movie stars. Season two featured child stars, 1980s singers, video vixens, teen idols and hair bands. Season three highlighted Ford supermodels, cast members of "Grease," disco stars, 1970s teen idols and the stars of "90210" and "Melrose Place."
Aaron Spelling created the show and James Curreri narrated it. As of 2015, VH1.com has a "Where Are They Now?" photo gallery featuring stars from "Titanic," "Growing Pains" and "Family Matters," among others.
