Did the Band Cloverton Sing "Hallelujah"?

The Christian rock band Cloverton has covered the song "Hallelujah". The band covered Leonard Cohen's song in December 2012, and gave it a Christmas makeover. They did this by transforming the lyrics to include the birth of Jesus Christ. Their cover includes piano, cello, guitar and some percussion.

Cloverton is a contemporary Christian music band based in Manhattan, Ks. The band consists of load vocalist Lance Stafford, his twin brother Layne Stafford and drummer Rains Wall. Kirby LeMoine and

Josh Svorinic, both of whom played on the "Hallelujah" cover, left the group in 2015.

Other artists that have covered Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" are: Willie Nelson, Rufus Wainwright and Jeff Buckley. Jeff Buckley's cover is perhaps the best-known version. It was released as a single in 2007.
