Venable first began working for QVC in 1993. He has made guest appearances on a wide range of programs, including "Rachael Ray Show," "Anderson Live" and "The Chew." In addition, his recipes have been mentioned in numerous publications, some of which include Men's Fitness and People as well as on the Huffington Post.
Before his days with QVC, Venable served as a news reporter and anchor for WOAY-TV and WTAJ-TV. He hosted the Children's Miracle Network telethon for four years. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in radio, television and motion pictures.
