She worked as the weekend news anchor for FOX News Live and also reported regular prime-time news updates. Dari Alexander has covered significant news stories, including the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. This led her into reporting on the war against terrorism, while working in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Additionally, she has reported domestic stories such as the Capitol Hill anthrax scare and the 2004 presidential election. From 2002 to 2003, Dari Alexander travelled throughout America to report and produce stories for モThe Pulse," a prime-time news magazine. Earlier in her career, she worked as a desk assistant for CBS news and News 12 Long Island before becoming a field producer.

Dari Alexander earned a degree in politics and Spanish literature from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts.
