The band, a worldwide sensation, released five studio albums, including "Up All Night," "Take Me Home" and "Midnight Memories," all of which reached multi-platinum status. One Direction enjoyed sold-out stadium tours around the world and collected numerous accolades, including Grammy Awards, Billboard Music Awards and American Music Awards.
Imagine Dragons, a rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, became popular after the release of its 2012 single "It's Time," from its debut album "Night Visions." The band's popularity further increased with its hit song "Radioactive," considered the biggest rock hit of the year by Rolling Stone in 2012. Imagine Dragon's sophomore album "Smoke + Mirrors" reached the top spot on the Billboard 200. Awards received by the band include two American Music Awards for Favorite Alternative Artist, a Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance, five Billboard Music Awards and a World Music Award, along with a whopping 14 nominations at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards, including a Milestone Award and Top Artist of the Year.
