Natalie Herbick and David Moss co-host the local mid-morning talk show "New Day Cleveland." Moss has hosted the show since its debut in 2011, while Herbick joined the show in 2013.
David Moss is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. He began his career as a lifestyle reporter for WJW in 1979. In the 1980s and early 1990s, he became an entertainment reporter for the other Cleveland networks, WKYC and WEWS. Moss returned to WJW, now known as FOX 8, in 1994. The Broadcasters Hall of Fame of Ohio inducted Moss in 2004.
Natalie Herbick graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and began her television career at WTOV in Steubenville, Ohio. At that station, she was a producer, reporter, and an anchor of three evening newscasts a week. She joined David Moss and FOX 8 in March 2013. Herbick later filled in as a news anchor before earning a spot on the channel's 4 p.m. news program in 2015.
David Moss's interests in cooking and movies were visible in his reporting. Prior to "New Day Cleveland," Moss hosted "Hollywood and Dine," a syndicated show about movie stars and their favorite foods. Natalie Herbick also has an affinity for food, as well as pets, dance and travel. "New Day Cleveland" highlights the hosts' shared interest in food by publishing recipes on the show's social media page.
