Little Jimmy Dickens, born James Cecil Dickens on Dec. 19, 1920, passed away on Jan. 2, 2015 at the age of 94. He was a country singer and member of the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville beginning in 1948. He began performing in 1936, and his final performance was in 2014. As of his death, he was the oldest performer ever to perform at the Grand Ole Opry and was credited with introducing rhinestone suits to country music.
