Full Answer

El Espectador is a longstanding Colombian newspaper that has been around since 1887, first as a bi-weekly paper, and years later as a daily publication.

It is Colombia's oldest newspaper, and its web version was launched in 1996; as of 2015, the print version is still in circulation. El Espectador's website contains many sections, including Economics, Opinions, Sports, Entertainment, Daily Living and Technology, as well as a Blog section. Each section contains constantly updated articles written by local journalists and opinion leaders.

The site also provides access to the live radio programming of 96.9 Bogotá from blueradio.com, as well as a section featuring photos, audio clips and video files of several general interest news tidbits.

As of 2015, apart from the online version, Elespectador.com is also available through an app for iOS and Android phones and tablets.
