The band Hinder was formed by drummer Cody Hanson, guitarist Joe "Blower" Garvey and lead singer Austin Winkler. The band released the albums "Extreme Behavior," "Take It To The Limit," "All American Nightmare" and "Welcome to The Freakshow" with Winkler. In 2015, the group released their first album, "When The Smoke Clears," with new lead singer Marshal Dutton. Dutton had played and recorded with the group since 2009 and had filled in for Winkler for a portion of a 2013 tour during which Winkler had checked into a rehab facility.
Popular Hinder songs include "Get Stoned," "Lips of an Angel," "Better Than Me," "Without You" and "Use Me." Other band members are bassist Mike Rodden and rhythm guitarist Mark King. Both Rodden and King also provide backup vocals. The band names Led Zeppelin, Ozzy Osbourne, The Rolling Stones, AC/DC and Nirvana among their musical influences.
