Anthony Riley is known for appearing on the eighth season of "The Voice," a reality talent show on NBC. He was found dead in a friend's basement on June 5, 2015 of an apparent suicide. He was 28.
Before his stunning debut on "The Voice," Anthony Riley was a street singer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He surprised judges with his rendition of "I Got You (I Feel Good)," setting a record by having all four of them turn their chairs around faster than any other contestant in the show's history. He won the first battle round once on Team Pharrell. Instead of being voted off, he left the show voluntarily due to substance abuse related issues.
