Conservative political and social commentator Ann Coulter is a columnist, writer and lawyer. Her father, John Vincent Coulter, was an FBI agent. As of August 2015, she has never been married. She was openly critical about President Clinton’s administration in the 1990s. Her first book, “High Crimes and Misdemeanors: The Case Against Bill Clinton,” was about the impeachment and acquittal of Bill Clinton.
A dispute exists regarding Coulter's date of birth. While registering to vote in New Canaan, Connecticut, before the presidential elections in 1980, she had provided her birth date as Dec. 8, 1961. A driver’s license issued a few years later shows her birth date as Dec. 8, 1963. She has not confirmed either date.
Coulter has authored 10 books. “Slander: Liberal Lies About the American Right,” “Treason: Liberal Treachery from the Cold War to the War on Terrorism,” “Godless: The Church of Liberalism,” “Demonic: How the Liberal Mob Is Endangering America” and “If Democrats Had Any Brains, They'd Be Republicans” are some of her books. “Slander,” “Treason” and “Godless” have appeared on New York Times Best Seller lists.
Coulter also appears regularly on numerous TV and radio shows, including “The Sean Hannity Show,” “The Mike Gallagher Show,” “The O'Reilly Factor,” “The View” and “The Fifth Estate.”
