The purpose of the AMC guest satisfaction survey is to elicit consumer opinion to improve AMC theater products and services. AMC theaters use the results of the survey to improve theater atmosphere, customer service and the overall movie-going experience.
AMC theater customers receive invitations to participate in the survey on their movie ticket stubs or invitation postcards. To participate in the survey online, they must go to www.TellAMC.com, indicate their preferred language, click ticket or postcard for source of the survey, and provide information about the survey invitation such as survey number, date of theater visit and theater unit. Guests then answer a series of questions about their experience at the theater, such as whether they had any general problems, the quality of the sound and onscreen presentation, the temperature in the theater, and the overall state of repair. The survey also asks about the quality of restroom and theater cleanliness, the friendliness and efficiency of the personnel, whether the customer was informed about the ticket stubs program, and whether the customer would recommend the theater to others.
Those who participate in the survey are eligible for a drawing to win a $100 AMC Entertainment Card. The prize drawings are held each calendar month as of 2015.
