Jonathan Jackson portrayed the character Lucas "Lucky" Lorenzo Spencer Jr., first from 1993 to 1999, then again from 2009 to 2001. The character Lucky is the first-born son of super-couple Luke and Laura Spencer. He first appeared on "General Hospital" as a 10-year-old. Jackson opted to leave the show in 1999, and two other actors portrayed the character after he left. In 2009 Jackson returned to the role for two more years before leaving again in 2011.

Kimberley McCullough has portrayed the character Robin Scorpio on and off since 1985. She first appeared as the 7-year-old daughter of secret agents Anna Devane and Robert Scorpio. McCullough first left the show in 1996, but returned from 1997 to 1999. She returned again in 2005 and stayed until 2012. McCullough returned once more in late 2013 and left in 2014.

Steve Burton portrayed the character Jason Morgan from 1991 until 2012. Burton began portraying Jason as a teenager, the son of Alan and Monica Quartermaine. Originally Jason Quartermaine, Burton's character lost his memory, took the last name Morgan, and became Sonny Corinthos' right-hand man in the mob. Burton exited the role in 1999, returned for brief stints in 2000 and 2001, and then returned full-time from 2002 to 2012. His character, originally believed to be dead, was recast in 2014.
