Engine rebuild kits are available from major auto parts stores. These kits contain parts to do a rebuild. Major parts such as a crankshaft are not included most of the time. This is because you can usually have it turned. If you are mechaniclly inclined you should be able to rebuild your engine. If not, its best to let a professional do it.
