Yes, vinegar can clean toilet stain along with lots of other things. Just pour a good amount in the toilet and let sit over night. Then clean it out with your toilet brush and flush to empty out the vinegar. You may have to flush more than once to be sure that it is all gone. Not only is this method cheap and easy, it is non toxic.
