Some men may be intimidated by pretty women but I don't think that all of them are. It will really depend on how confident the man is. If a man is confident in who he is and what he can bring to the relationship he will have no reason to be intimidated. Looks are in the eyes of the beholder anyway. Looks fade away but a woman that can take care of herself means that she really don't need the man. Men like to feel needed. Therefore a woman that can take care of everything without his help may offer a little more intimidation than good looks. This theory will also vary by how confident the man is. A pretty woman may make some men a little nervous but they should never be intimidated.
