Webb's Depth of Knowledge

Webb's depth of knowledge is a system by which assessments are created to decide what students are expected to learn, and should know. The depth of knowledge system is comprised of four levels: recall, skill/concept, strategic thinking, and extended thinking. Recall, the first level involves basic memory recollection of information, facts, and procedures. Skill/concept involves two or more steps .
