Ways to avoid plagerism are simple. Never ever copy and paste information into your report without giving credit to the person that cited it to start with. Read the material thoroughly and put it into your own words. If you do use someone's work make sure that you give them credit for it in your bibliography. You can also use footnotes to show that you used someone elses work.
