Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity secrets can be found at the website http://www.msstate.edu/org/phibetasigma/random.htm#. It is no secret that the fraternity was founded by three african american young men at Howard University, on January 9, 1914. A. Langston Taylor, Leonard F. Morse, and Charles I. Brown, organized the Greek letter fraternity to exemplify brotherhood, scholarship and service. Their
. belief was similar to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s which was that people should be judged not by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. They believe that they, the brothers, are the fraternity's most valued resource.
