When your a teacher, you know that your class has to have rules. This year I needed a management plan. I went to www.docstoc.com for a sample classroom management plan. I found a good one, all I had to do was to put my rules for my classroom and change it up a bit. Blew it up to make a big one for the wall, and gave each student a copy. It worked out perfectly.
