Orchard Beach, Bronx is located in Pelham Bay Park, on the western end of Long Island Sound in the Bronx borough of New York City. The only beach in the Bronx, it is also known as "the Riviera of New York City" thanks to a promenade and a pavilion filled with shops and restaurants, as well as playgrounds, picnic areas, and courts for basketball, volleyball and handball.
