Importance of Physical Education

The importance of physical education is more prevalent now more than ever. Before the age of computers, battery operated bicycles, scooters, video games, and having access to over 200 television channels; children actually enjoyed regular exercise. Life's luxuries have made it very convenient for children to live sedentary lifestyles, which is partly to blame for the rise in childhood obesity. .
