Delta Sigma Theta was founded in 1913, at Howard University. The Deltas, as they are commonly referred as, have many famous women grace its halls. Actresses have included Kim Coles and Adrienne-Joi Johnson. Famous Delta authors: Paula Giddings, Harriette Cole, Gwendolyn Pough.
