"An 8th grade salutatorian speech can go something like this: Family, friends, graduates, and faculty thank you all for attending. We are all here for one main goal and that is to prepare ourselves for a better future. We have shared many memories over these past eight years, and I would not know where I would be without all of you. Besides memories, we have shared laughter, tears, and now we're
. sharing the start of a new beginning. The start of separation and the start of togetherness. We all are going our separate ways and this is goodbye for some of us but hello to most of us. I know times will get hard when we start our high school chapter of life, but we must remember the good times. We must remember that we have to have a little bad to get a lot of good. As we start our journey, we must not let anyone bring us down or make us feel hopeless. We must stand strong, be strong, and remember that as long as we got these great memories, we can go anywhere and stand for everything."
