You used to have to be a private detective or law enforcement guy to be able to change caller ID. Things you will need is phone, caller id, and common sense. Changing your caller ID is called Spoofing. caller ID is called Spoofing. There's a bunch of sites that charge you money per minute to change your caller ID. Telespoof is one of these sites, but they also let you use their service for free.
