In order to be able to hook up a microphone to the computer there's a series of step which need to be followed. The first step is to turn on your computer, once you have that done, ensure that the speakers on your computer are turn on too. After you have that done you need to attach the adaptor to the microphone cable, the adaptor allows is a smaller head that you adapt to the bigger head of the
. microphone cable in order to plug it in. Followed by that you'll need to find the computer's microphone input. Once you have that finished plug the microphone, if you see a port that says line in and mic in make you plug it into the mic in port. The last step will be double-clicking on the small speaker icon on the taskbar on the computer to open up the mixer that will allow you to control the volume as wanted. Need to verify that the microphone column is not muted to be able to use it as expected.
