Genesis is a rock band that started in the late 60's. They started with the name Garden Wall. Originally, Peter Gabriel was the lead singer. The first single was released in 1968. In 1970, Phil Collins joined the band as the drummer. In 1976, Phil Collins stepped up as the singer when Peter Gabriel left.
