Full block style refers to the format of a letter. Full blocking simply means that there are no indentations. All paragraphs begin at the far left margin. Full blocking typically is used in business correspondence. The address of both parties, the date, the greeting, copy, salutation and signature all start at the far left margin, hence the term "full" block.
