When designing a website, a lot of work is required before the programming actually begins. The website designer must determine how his website users and visitors will use the website he designs. This plan is written out in what is called a use case document. The use case document defines how the visitor will interact with the website when he visits it.
The website designer must consider .
the needs of his client and the needs of the visitor. By planning on how a user will use the website, he can then determine how to lay out his website. He will be able to design it to maximize the ease for which the visitor uses the website. The use document helps him determine the best graphical design of the website and the layout of the links and buttons on that website. This use case document makes website design quicker and effective.
