Direct X can be found on Microsoft's site for download. This is a clean nonvirused copies directly from Microsoft for Microsoft products. You have to be careful when you download direct x or update it simply because it can damage your video drivers and cause you system to not work or run slowly. You always want to be able to boot to safe mode and uninstall it if you have to. Although these
. problems are fairly rare with newer versions of Direct X they do still happen. Make sure you can go to a different version if you have to. Also make sure to follow all of the download and installation instructions very carefully if it says that it will cause bad changes to other drivers don't do it.
