A missing or corrupt Data3 cab can prevent downloads and/or games from playing. You can always go to microsoft.com to search for dowloads, or try other sites to replace the corrupted/missing file. Beware though some sites are corrupt themselves and I'm sure you would'nt want to further damage your computer with malicious viruses.
