You can create a hyperlink to open a new window on your website. The standard hyperlink on a website will automatically open the link on the same page that they are viewing your site. They can always right click on the link and manually tell it to open the link in a new window. If you want to make it easier for them, having the link automatically open in a new window will allow them to do this .
