There are some really cool keyboard tricks that can be put to use making work and projects go a lot faster, when applied correctly. For instance, a favorite one is the copy and paste quickie. When you highlight the area that you want to copy, simply hit Ctrl C, memory will hold the information until you know where you want to paste, copy or move your information, whether it be a new memo or
. move the information to a new location in a document, you will simply hit Ctrl V, it's that simple and very convenient. Be sure to return to the highlighted area and delete, or you can delete it as soon as you have used the Ctrl C. Another very convenient and cool keyboard trick is when you are reading a document and you want to know if a certain item is mentioned and how many times, Ctrl F will find it for you.
