Compaq has a Quick Restore option in their computers. If the computer is malfunctioning or not working correctly, one can run the program to fix it. Most of the time it works well. If running this program does not work, there are more serious problems that need to be handled. Take the computer to a repair shop. They should be able to fix things for you.
