Animated frogs seem to be popular characters to use for children's stories. A recent example is Disney's The Princess and the Frog which is based on the Brothers Grimm story The Frog Prince, a story that has been animated in quite a few versions. Beatrix Potter's frog story The Tale of Jeremy Fisher also has been animated a couple of times. Then, there are some frogs in children's stories that
. may have not been animated yet. The titles of their stories are: Froggy Learns To Swim by Jonathan London; Frog and Toad Are Friends by Arnold Lobel; The Frog Princess by E.D. Baker; Do Princesses Really Kiss Frogs by Carmela LaVigna Coyle; The Floatingest Frog by Sally Murphy; and Bullfrog Pops! by Rick Walton. Google has quite a few images of animated frogs, from realistic ones to silly and cute ones. Some of them do look magical like the one with a wizard hat on its head. Although he is a muppet, some people consider Kermit an animated frog because he can walk on two legs and talk to everyone.
