"If your address bar is missing from Internet Explorer it might have happened because you accidentally changed a toolbar setting that removed the address bar. If you start Explorer and click View, then Toolbars, you will see whether or not there is a check mark in an option that says Address Bar. If there is no check mark there, click it to place one there. Then close Explorer and restart it.
