Have you ever been out of town on business and wanted to check your email and you were not quite sure how to do that. Well to access your outlook email from a remote location there are several different ways you can do that. You can use the Remote Mail or Offline Folder Feature that is setup in Outlook. You will want to use your Remote Mail if you want to retrieve messages from you inbox only,
. do not want to spend a lot of time on the phone, or one of your computers has a slow connection. When you use your Offline Folder feature you are working offline and when you get back to your own computer you can synchronize whatever data you was working on.
