Group interviews can be conducted two differnt ways. The first is for it to be you (possible new employee) and then usually at least 3 to 10 people that work for the company interviewing you. They will set you at the head of the table and take turns asking you questions. Or second it could be all possible employees and maybe one or two people interviewing, they usually do this if they are looking
. for a leader, or someone that really stands out. Both interivew can be a little intemadating but very common!
