Are you trying to find someone that doesn't want to be found? Or are you trying to just keep your own number private? Currently there is not a free service that will look up a private number even though plenty of them make the claim until they get you onto their site and you see a fee. If you want to get a private number of your own, just call the phone company. Some may charge, some may not.
