"There are various situations where people must work together, whether it is students who have a project due that they must work on together, co-workers who have to perform a job that requires more than one individual, or a group of volunteers working towards the same goal. A great way to build strong bonds with each other is to involve them in teamwork activities. These activities can be fun
. to make them ""break the ice"" among the strangers, or to just have a little fun in an intense and serious environment. Activities that do not result in laughter, usually do not help to build the strong bonds needed. One simple and inexpensive activity can be some thing as simple as taking a piece of cardboard, cutting out holes, placing the cardboard in a position where one can play a form of ""penball"". Split up the group of people into teams, and give each team a set of questions, for each question they answer correctly, they can choose a team player to throw a pen. A pen that makes it through the hole will result in points, and the team with the most points wins. The rules can be changed as needed, or per the situation. It is important that in the end, all teams win."
