Free Bill of Sale Form

I downloaded a free bill of sale form from the template section on Microsoft's website. I love the templates on their site because they are easy to use and easy to personalize. Some come with formulas for calculations to automatically add shipping costs and taxes. The forms are all free and there are some available for current and past versions of Excel and Word.
