Fish Philosophy

Fish philosophy. A set of practical work-transforming tools established in 1998 meant to help employees create a positive work environment. Followers of the protocol practice choosing the attitude they bring to work; strive to make someone's day; pledge to "be there for each other", and promise to have fun at work. This concept grew out of a move about Seattle's world-famous Pike Place Fish .
