Favoritism in the Workplace

Favoritism in the workplace should not be going on but unfortunately it does. You have certain people in higher level positions that have there favorites. I know this game very well because I use to work with people that played the favoritism game everyday. Its really childish when you start to look at how people really act. Honestly, its something you can't control because its the way people act .
