An evaporating dish would be a dish that you would put something in that would be there that would evaporate. If you look at the dish you will notice that it really can be any kind of a dish. If you put a liquid into a dish it will evaporate. Some items will take longer than others to evaporate. You see these used alot with chemistry in the chemistry labs.
