There are four different SDLC models available. The Pure Waterfall model is document driven. The Code and Fix model has no overhead and is very efficient in terms of costs. The Evolutionary model allows one to develop the project as it moves along. The Evolutionary Delivery model allows changes after the finale has been presented to the customer. All models have their advantages and disadvantages.
