When dealing with the cultrual differences in the workplace you will want to embrace the difference that each staff memeber brings with them. It helps to have clear guiedlines and policy regarding what is open for discussion in the work place and what is not regarding religion, sexual bias racial bias ect. Encouraging employess to put themselves in each others shoes if conflict arises. And
